What is the golf grip?
The Golf grip consists of an object mounted on the club in order to allow the player to grip the club. The grip is straight and has a simple shape, and must reach the top of the bar body. Also, the grip should not be shaped like a finger or a palm. If none of the foregoing is installed on the body of the club, the part of the club designed to enable the player to hold the club is considered to be a grip.
(1) The cross section of the grip of the club other than the putter must be round. However, a slightly raised rib with a straight shape without joint solutions can be incorporated into the full length of the grip. That is, for a rolled grip or an imitation thereof, the grip may be allowed to have a spiral shape with a slight depression.
(2) The cross section of the push rod grip is not depressed and symmetrical, and the full length of the grip is generally maintained in the same shape, so the cross section is not circular.
(3) Allow the front part of the grip to be tapered, but do not allow the middle part to bulge or sag. In addition, no matter from which direction the cross section of the grip is measured, its thickness must be within 1.75 inches (44.45mm).
(4) The axis of the grip other than the push rod must coincide with the axis of the rod body.
(5) Two grips can be installed on the push rod, but no matter which one of the grips must be circular in cross-section, and its axis must coincide with the axis of the rod body. The two grips must be at least 1.5 inches (38mm) apart.
